Can't add 12 moths of XBL to my account

When I enter a code for a 12 month subscription to XBL the system tells me that what I will get is 12 months of XBL, the system recognises the code. But when I proceed it will load for a few seconds and then it will say: ''Please try again, something went
wrong at our end. Waiting a bit may help''.

Right now I have been waiting for a full week and it is really frustrating me right now.

There isn't really an error code for it, each time when I try to add the 12 months it shows the same error with a different code.

I have already tried to sign out and in multiple times.

I tried to submit the code in different ways, I have tried it on my Xbox, through Xbox's site, Microsoft and it's just not working.

Could someone please help me out with this?

Hey, so say I have 14 days left on my account, of XBL gold of course, then I add a 12 month code to my account, will it auto-renew off my card every month still?

hello me and my little brother was on vacation for the last week so we got back today so we decided to play the game so i signed in my xbl account and he signed into his account to play gears of war judgment at the bottom of the screen it said profile signed
in various locations so it signed my little brother account out and he tried to sign back in and it said suspended from xbl until 12/31/9999 my little brother and i been out of town visiting my mother shes sick for the last week why is my little brother account
suspended.

 

Been having this exact issue myself.. pretty ticked off about it tbh. Waste of $60 + tax at this point. I've been trying to redeem a 12month card for a few weeks now. Keep getting the exact same issue every time, different 'error code' every time, and 90% of
the time searching the 'error code' results in nothing.

 

A week!? I just purchased a code through Amazon and am having the same issue. The message says to try again as if it will work in a few minutes. If it's a week I want my money back.

 

i thought maybe i was the only one having this issue at the time, guess not. the same things happening to me even with trying to serch the error code. its getting quite frustrating. clearly its something on their end for it not working. anyone who has bought
it and has not been able to use Live should be refunded for the time they have not been able to use Live since trying to Redeem their time. Having to possible wait a few weeks to try and attempt for it to work? now thats some BS

 

I'm having the same exact problem. I just bought a card and tried using the code like 10 times with the same results. I hope I don't have to wait a week or more. Good luck to both of us I guess...

 

Same problem , Customer support told me today ( i try to redeem the code for 5 days) that the issue it's maybe caused by the insider program.

Tried to redeem from 2 different Xbox , internet page , Lumia phone xbox app. Nothing worked.

Sent a reporting from the Insider Hub .

Same problem on xbox360 shows error 80182300. I can't redeem a code to add 12 month gold
