Sorry to hear it. Are you getting an error code when trying to redeem the code on the console? It may start with XBOS.

Also, as far as the issue with the avatar items go if you haven't received the item you've paid for then you'll need to call phone support to get that sorted as only they can help with billing issues.

I actually have given up. F-ing infinite loop-back through their menus, their site freezes if you try to go down the "contact us" route. Can't be bothered.

i just read this, i have the same problem its like: i did what u said, went to profile.ea.com there i went to the persona page but if i want to select a account idk what info to fill in and i have my account selected and it says under it ''(ea-account)''
or something near to that. i rlly wanna connect battlelog but if i now try to log in it still says i have to read the FAQ and buy bf3

yeah i used the same account as my xbox live. and i know i need my gamertag linked but i still cant figure out how to do it. can anyone post a link to where i can link it at?!?
