    Can't activate 3 Months XBOX Live Code

    I can't activate my XBOX-Live code. It says

    "Something went wrong

    We're sorry. Try again later."

    And I've been trying to insert the code for a week and it still says the same.

    Hi, yes, i try to activate this code both on console and on xbox.com and i get unknown error Can't activate xbox live code :(

    I have two codes, first come with console, and i activate it,

    second come with "world of tanks" game and i can't activate it.

    Currently this account does show as Xbox Live account on here, so you might want to check your subscriptions to see if it activated the subscription.

    The World of tanks is a free game as far as I know, so that should be available for download from the store

    Keep in mind that you can't redeem trial codes (for 48hours or 14days of Xbox Live Gold) if you currently have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription.

    That's not all either, I can't even get an Xbox Live Gold subscription without a code. Microsoft's servers are a joke.

    Actually managed to activate a 2 day gold code from the Xbox One windows 10 app, and lo and behold, even with a subscription active on the account, it still doesn't let me play online, games still prompt to buy Xbox Live Gold.

    This whole experience is nothing but frustration.

    But it still doesn't work. It appears the game my activation code should unlock IS available on Xbox Live, but it still doesn't work. I'm disappointed and bored of re-entering the same codes in the "redeem a code" section over and over again while can't
    download the game I paid for and can't contact Xbox support over the phone.

    What I think he's referring to is that he redeem code, however you can't play on Xbox Live. Did you redeem the code on Xbox.com? If yes, it takes a few hours for the gold membership to activate on your account

    If you have a active Xbox Live Gold subscription, you can't activate a Xbox Live Gold Trial. You will need wait your subsctiption end to activate trial.
