    Can't activate the windows game bar


    Hello guys, here my problem, but first i would like to apologize for my bad english :

    I want to play on cross plateform with some friends on xbox, i'm on PC. I would like to play with vocal, so i downloaded the Xbox app (beta), it worked perfectly the first night but now my microphone seems to not be detected. I tried with all other record
    application (discord, skype, etc), my mic is okay, he work fine, but in the xbox app i have a sad smiley in the audio tab and i can't change the source of recording.

    So i decided to go with the game bar ! But when i try to enable it in the configuration pannel, when i click on enable and I change tab, every time i go back the game bar is disabled, windows disable it automatically every time. I tried everything i can
    find on internet, trying to active it in the registry, still go on 0 every time, i tried in the application tab to close, reset etc .... nothing. I tried to install the game bar and the xbox app through the microsoft store, i've no more ideas, i can't find
    anything more ... need your help

    Hi, I'm sorry by that, you can try make the uninstall and after a clean reinstalation to try see if come back to works, I suggest you before make that make the report about the problem, remember the Xbox(Beta) App is in test version yet, so all report
    about insues and crashes is very necessary to fix

    How are you?

    With the command Windows key + G you open the Game Bar but first check if the Game Bar is active.

    Go to settings>games>Xbox Game Bar and activate the function.

    Thanks for your suggestions. Unfortunately, nothing seems to solve this problem, and from what I have gathered it's currently an issue with Game Bar in Windows 10. In the current version of Windows 11, there is an option in Game Bar settings to show PC activity. Hopefully Microsoft addresses this in a future update for Windows 10.

    If i sign in with the xbox profiles on the web site, this is enough to Microsoft not count the profiles inactive and not delete?

    In addition, if you are logged in with the same profile on Windows 10 and have the Windows Xbox Game Bar installed - it should be by default - this in turn will keep your account active.
