Can't activate & scroll, not even after reset

I can't use my xbox one because i am not able to scroll. Both my console and controller are on, resetted them, but nothing happens. Really frustrating!

Shadowrun GFWL Activation not working?

Hey!

It seems like the Shadowrun activation is not working, just like halo 2.

(To activate Halo 2 you have to be in the game and logged into live )

To play shadowrun you have to Activate it right after the install, which means you can't launch the game before the activation, which means you can't connect to live and it seems like the activation servers are down?

I hope not because that means i can't activate the game.. thus i can't play the game!

Hope i can get some help here because i know my keys are working!

Xbox one system update has caused my console to malfunction

Hey i just recently downloaded a 347 or 357mb system update on my xbox one around 9 this morning after it finished i have not been able to factory reset as the second chime doesnt activate and my xbox now wont even show up on my tv screen.....it was fine
until i downloaded the system update i would like a hand at a solution, ive tried cold and hard reset as well as cleaning my power brick

Hey there -

When you say you have reset your Xbox One console, do you mean you turned it off and back on? If that didn't help, the next thing to try would be to >>power cycle<<
your console.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue, but let's see what we can do to help.

Usually when you successfully change your password, it sends you confirmation that it was indeed changed.

Did you get a confirmation email?

There is no waiting period for your password update to go through, it should be instant.

If it's not going through on your devices, I would try it on a different network.

Try it while connected to another network and let us know if that helps resolve the problem

Hi, MuddyDenver1.

I've had what you suggested in the back of my mind since hearing there was a newer and better (than Xbox One) Xbox console coming out this holiday season; even without the issue I described above, the laser disk reader has been intermittently failing even
after using a laser disk reader cleaner. I was even considering (if it was available) a new Xbox One S or X. Unfortunately, everywhere seems to be sold out of consoles, new and used! It might be that I have to pay whatever Microsoft will charge for the newest
console later this year. I can only hope it's not over $400.

Hello,

The first thing that comes to mind when reading your post is that your xbox seems to be very outdated. Updating your console to a newer version could ultimately fix your problem, there may be an occasional hiccup in performance but a newer model must surely
fix anything you have with your xbox. I would also reccomend contacting microsoft support in case you still have an issue, with a newer console, otherwise I dont see a fix to your issue, the 360 has stopped official production and may not receive a software
update for a very long time (if ever)
