    ok i just bought this console 2 hours ago and i havent been able to activate my gold membership code that came with the xbox 360 nor the 3 month that i bought today

    on the xbox 360 it says both of these codes are invalid but on pc it says that its 1 month gold membership then i press confirm and it says something went wrong

    You shouldn't really be Posting Codes on a Public Forum that anyone can view. If it was a valid Code, it's not anymore. In addition, there is no Xbox LIVE Support on these Forums. It's just us Gamers for the most part.

    Aldo wanted to ask are you sure that is an Xbox LIVE Code, because it doesn't look like one? It appears to be more of a Code for a store's product itself.

    Never mind i got it fixed (kinda) i had to create a new account to a different region (UK) and got it activated so now the problem is that when i try to download something it says error code 80150071

    That's the error code that he posted, not the code for Live.

    Yes as xbox one games with gold requires gold membership that is active

    And only 360 games dont
