Discus and support can't activate discovery go app in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; recently got the Discovery go app. I went to activate it, entered the code and nothing happens. i've quit out and relaunched the app, nothing just...     can't activate discovery go app


    recently got the Discovery go app. I went to activate it, entered the code and nothing happens. i've quit out and relaunched the app, nothing just tells me to enter activation code. i've done a xboxone soft reset, launched the app and the same happens.
    what do i need to do to fix this, please and thank you.

    Discovery GO app     after successfully installing it, but are having difficulty in the authentication process, I recommend that you try reaching out to Discovery GO Support directly for activation assistance. They would be the best resource in aiding you activate
    your account specific to the app.

    Thank you for your reply. I have reached out to discovery (on 7/22) and as of yet to recieve a reply. FYI your link to discovery go support gets redirected to "Error 404 page does not exist"

    please try the following steps:

    1. Uninstall the app
    2. manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

      http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
    3. Install the app again
    4. Try again.
