    Can't activate 360 games with gold through website


    Everytime I go online to "purchase" the free ganes with gold, I am always locked away by a No Valid Payment Options in Confirm Purchase screen...what do I do? I don't want to loose any 360 games I could get, I need help desperately!

    Cannot purchase "free" 360 games on Xbox one or Xbox.com

    It has always been like that not unless there will be an update regarding in redeeming Xbox 360 games with gold on the website. Xbox 360 marketplace has a different structure than on Xbox One Store. Xbox 360 games with gold on the website will need a payment
    method. In Xbox 360 console, you won't need one. Currently, you can't redeem Xbox 360 games with gold using Xbox One console and still under progress about redeeming Xbox 360 games with gold on Xbox One console. Either get the games using an Xbox 360 console,
    or get the games on the website with a payment method.

    Its easy you must add a payment option to queue 360 games from the website including free ones

    It however does not affect the price

    If you aren't the profile that has actual gold you cannot use your account only the master home console account can queue it

    Problem is I have no debit card, so that is a problem. And I am an Xbox One user so the system is crap in other words since I can't activate 360 games

    You can't remove a credit card from an active gold account. So once you purchase the gold, you would have to turn off auto-renewal either through the website or by calling.

    Im on the 360, and building my library. I can add, Race the Sun, with no problems.
    There are Reddit posts of people that tried to get the game on their Xbox 360 and got that error message. They could get around the issue by getting the game from the store website in their web browser on a PC for example.

    So instead of trying to get the game through your Xbox 360, use the website with the link I gave above to get your Gold game.
