    Can't Activate 12 Month Subscription or Bonus Content For Sesame Street Season 1


    I have successfully redeemed my token on line for Kinect Sesame Street Season 1 and all of the interactive chapters are available to me. However, for a few days now I have been trying to activate my 12 month subscription to all of Season 1 Bonus Content
    but I have been unsuccessful – nothing happens!

    We've been trying to purchase Season Two of Kinect Kinect Sesame Street TV for the past year, trying every month or so. We always get a message that it is currently unavailable and to try again later. My daughters really want Season Two!

    Unable to purchase Season 2 pass for Kinect Sesame Steet TV app

    I recently bought Kinect Sesame Street TV DVD and used the code that came with it to get the Season 1 pass for the Kinect Sesame Street TV app. I played through the season and am now attempting to purchase Season 2 for the app. When I go to the appropriate
    page in the app it no longer shows the price for the season pass; it still has the "bubble" that displayed the price and still displays the ¤ MSP icon. When I hit the button to purchase the pass the window appears to popup as normal, but it only gives the
    option to cancel and then an error message pops up with Error Code 800700E8. The individual episodes do not seem to have this issue, but I do not feel like I should have to pay an extra $10 for the same content as the season pass. I am in the US and have a
    current gold subscription. I know the app works for me because I have already completed season 1. How can I fix this?

    Hi all,

    As Shinnizle hinted at, it appears that the following steps are helping many users unlock the 3 Smartglass related achievements. So let's go ahead and give these a shot if you are still experiencing these issues:

    1). Delete all Kinect Sesame Street TV related content and saves from your hard drive.

    2). Clear your console cache

    3). Redownload the Season 2 content

    4). Redownload the Season 2 Season Pass

    5). Redownload the Kinect Sesame Street TV app

    6). Launch the app

    7). Sign in and launch Smartglass from a Windows 8 machine

    8). Launch a Season 2 episode from your Smartglass device

    9). Press the photo button in the bottom right corner

    10). Achievement Unlocked

    If you are still having issues with this, try out multiple Smartglass devices. I was just able to have success in my testing with Windows 8 on a laptop specifically. So maybe if you have a similar device, give that a try first. Let us know what happens.

    I have also purchased Kinect Sesame Street TV on DVD and received a Season One Pass. It downloaded without incident but when I tried to access the exclusive app content it immediately told me the Season One Pass was expired. Then I tried to to get Season
    Two and that's not even purchasable through the app but the individual episodes of Season Two are. Do I just buy them? I want access to everything I paid for.
