Can't access xbox preview program forums

I am a member of the xbox preview program and when I try to access the forums it just says page not found.

im trying to figure the status of being the preview program member I still can't loginto Xbox early access forum and can't even get the preview dashboard

Hi folks,

the main support team are monitoring the forums so will be able to sort your forums access out once they see your message.

Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

I searched around and all the forums like this were locked so I sent one of them a private message with a polite request. I got snapped at for using the private message for that but at least it works now.

Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.

For whatever reason the Xbox Preview Program isn't working for me. My console is enrolled in the program and I can't access the new UI/features. On top of that I can't even contact the Preview Program Engineers through the forums because every time I try
to access the page it says "Group Not Found".

I too have no access to the preview forum. I am enrolled in the the program, just can't seem to gain access to the forum.

The only time I have seen a 360 error on the One is when it had to do with a preview update, which is why I assumed they are in the preview program. If you are in the preview program and can't access the preview forums, you'll want to create a new post asking
for access
