Can't access Xbox One Preview forums

When i try to acess Xbox One Preview forum i receive the message "Group Not Found" , What should i do ? Thanks!

Preview forum access

Hello,

I can't access the Xbox One Update Preview Forums. I'm part of the Preview program for a few months now but still can't access it. I have installed the update for the new dashboard and having some troubles so access to the forums would be very nice.

Can't access Preview forums

I was told by a chat support agent to post in this forum so here I go.

I've been a preview program/xbox insider member for over 2 years now and am opted in to the latest updates but I can not access the Preview forums to post or ask any questions. When I click on the Insider forum link in the "all about the xbox insider program"
page it redirects me to the front page of the regular forums. Please help.

Hi VMaths,

the main support team are monitoring the forums so once they see this message and verify you are in the preview program they will be able to sort out your preview forum access.

Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

You should be able to access the Preview Forums now. When you get a chance, go ahead and click on the link that Zeus has provided above. Thanks!

Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.

Since you're posting in the Xbox One support forums, I assume you mean that you can't access the Xbox One preview forums? In this case, you will have to wait for a support staff member to grant you access manually.

They no longer are being used. If you had read the sticky post everything has been moved to Reddit and the sub reddit r/xboxinsiders.

I didn't know that because I can't see the sticky either, the whole forum is inaccessable and invisible to me.
