Can't access Xbox One preview forums

Cyberpunk your solution was to tell everybody to reread the previous posts. Well, it is now May, and I am experiencing the infinite "loading, please wait" issue. A power cycle did not work as previously mentioned. The only support threads beyond this say
go to the preview forum. When I go there, the page is blank and I can only change forum settings.

This is just lovely. I am about to give up on the preview program. Don't send me an invitation MS if you do not intend on allowing me to use it!

 

I just finally got into the forum. Looks like a different URL than I have seen posted anywhere else and couldn't figure out how to manually navigate to it. That is one step in the right direction. Thanks for the links on page 2!

 

I'm also having trouble accessing the Preview forums. I cant find a way to navigate to it and if I follow links sent me via messages or support tweets I just get a 'group not found' page.

Any chance this can be rectified?

I entered the code on my PC rather than my xbox - is there a way I can get the app?

@Insolance: You will not be given forum access until you've registered your console using the registration app. This should have been the code you redeemed. Go to My Games & Apps, go to Apps, then scroll all the way to the right until a grey box appears
and in there you should see something called 'Xbox One Preview Registration App' or similar. Click A on that then confirm to install. Once installed go back to My Games & Apps > Apps and launch the app. Read and agree to all the screens presented and within
a couple days or so you should be good to go - you'll get the most recent update at the time and should automatically get access to the Early Access Forums.

 

I've the latest preview update installed on my xbox one but if I try to access the preview forums I get also the group not found error page.

 

Same here. I've been in the preview program for a few months now, but still can't acces the preview forum.
