Can't access Xbox One preview forums

To those that are having a problem with the app. Please note that I have found several users needing to just simply restart the system and reload the app. With that being said just because you got a registration code does not mean you are accepted automatically.
They will let you know within 24 to 48 hours if you are getting the update. Being in betas before typically they look at key components. I wish everyone the best of luck and see you on xboxlive.

Preview forum access

Hello,

I can't access the Xbox One Update Preview Forums. I'm part of the Preview program for a few months now but still can't access it. I have installed the update for the new dashboard and having some troubles so access to the forums would be very nice.

 

Can't access Preview forums

I was told by a chat support agent to post in this forum so here I go.

I've been a preview program/xbox insider member for over 2 years now and am opted in to the latest updates but I can not access the Preview forums to post or ask any questions. When I click on the Insider forum link in the "all about the xbox insider program"
page it redirects me to the front page of the regular forums. Please help.

 

I got the code, installed the app and my XBOX One says Loading, Please wait for over an hour...anyone else having trouble?

Again please read all the posts. I stated that if you are having a loading problem turn the console off and then turn it back on app will load again.

 

It will stop loading if you turn your Xbox if then back on.

Then launch the app again

 

Anyone ever get access to the private forum group? I still can't.

 

I've seen somewhere that the private forums aren't live yet and should be up in a few days.

 

Quit the app by using the menu button. Then re-open the app, should work then. It is true, this is just registering for the beta, not the update itself.

 

To everyone having problems loading the app: I've had the same problem when it tried it. Just quit the app or restart the system and it should work.

 

I have the update on my xbox one and I know I've been accepted into the preview, but I still can't access the private preview forums. Hopefully this gets resolved soon, or I won't even be able to comment on the update. Has anyone been able to fix the private
forum access for this yet?

As above. I've had the update for a couple of days now. Clicking on link above or going to same page it just says group not found.

 

Post here and hopefully one of the mods will fix this for you.
