Can't access Xbox Live

Hi Microsoft. I have been a loyal Microsoft Xbox 360 Gamer since about mid 2006. I used the same console for almost 10 full years. I bought the original 360 arcade. She is still here with me. She works perfectly. For a casual gamer I racked up over 50 000
points from acheivements. I only ever used one account. I have played numerous games and own every last one that my profile says I have played., including a number of 360 exclusives. I like to think I was a loyal customer. Until today. It has been over two
months since I was last able to access the Xbox Live service. I have been unable to download my gamer profile. I have been unable to access the online service I have paid for. Fortunately my xbox live gold membership ends in 5 days. I wont be angry that I
am unable to get on xbox live anymore. Your support system has done little to nothing to assist me. If you bother to check my chat logs you will see that nothing came of any of the lengthy chats I had with your support staff. Its cool though. I am moving
on. Dusting off my old 360 Arcade and putting her up on display with my N64, PS1 and Sega Mega Drive. I was so frustrated that I bought a PS4 today. Not because I wanted one but because I felt Microsoft and the Xbox team were not loyal to me. It was good whilst
it lasted. You kept me entertained for ten years straight. Keep well and fair well Microsoft / Xbox team. I know I'm just a drop in the sea of xbox gamers but I would hope that every last drop would count.

Hey! When I am on cod advanced warfare, I want to play online but when I press the Xbox Live multiplayer it says "The current profile is not allowed to play on xbox live" how can I fix the problem?

Starboard - It's best if you create your own thread. You need a gold subscription in order to play online.

Are you installing the game on an Xbox 360 or Xbox One/Series console via backward compatibility?

It was broken,people were modding their gamerscores on the xbox 360,now they can't on the xbox one.

Sorry but the majority of xbox one owners have broadband & access to xbox live,you will either have to get broadband or live with the way it is for you now.

They aren't going to change it just for the few xbox one owners who can't access xbox live.

They shouldn't be allowed to let me buy a product which I can't Access. I bought Minecraft with my Microsoft Account. Now it's suddenly connected to XBOX live and I can't access it.

If you son can't access that page, it is likely that he's account was banned from Xbox Live, as the Xbox has stated. I don't know if you have an Xbox Live profile, but if you don't, it wouldn't be possible to access the Xbox Enforcement page.
