Can't access Xbox Live

Discus and support Can't access Xbox Live in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I made three payments for Xbox Live, but none of them register on the Microsoft website.     Can't access Xbox Live


    I made three payments for Xbox Live, but none of them register on the Microsoft website. Does anyone have any tips?

    Achievements aren't updating when I go online.

    It was broken,people were modding their gamerscores on the xbox 360,now they can't on the xbox one.

    Sorry but the majority of xbox one owners have broadband & access to xbox live,you will either have to get broadband or live with the way it is for you now.

    They aren't going to change it just for the few xbox one owners who can't access xbox live.

    If you son can't access that page, it is likely that he's account was banned from Xbox Live, as the Xbox has stated. I don't know if you have an Xbox Live profile, but if you don't, it wouldn't be possible to access the Xbox Enforcement page.
