Cant access xbox live

Discus and support Cant access xbox live in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So my only problem with xbox, so far, is the fact that it doesnt to except ANY form of payment.     So my only problem with xbox, so far, is the fact that it doesnt to except ANY form of payment. No matter which one i try to apply all i get is, error with your pament option. Well damn i have plenty in my account so why dont you use that? Is anyone else
    experiencing microsofts constant bs problems for payments?

    wont work because i cant access any online settings without connecting to xbox live and i cant connect to xbox live without accepting the terms and conditions.

    I cant access xbox live on my xbox one. I am connected to the internet and have done the network connection test which says i am connected but i still cant access xbox live. Has anyone had this problem?
    Sometimes it is a mistake with your ethernet cable to try to disconnect and reconnect, I hope it serves
