Can't access xbox live

Hey, I'm having a similar issue but the code is 8015D002

Hey mate, did you recently sign up for two-step verification? If so you will need to follow the link and click 'Microsoft Account', sign-in and navigate to the 'Password and security info' area and create a new app password for the xbox:

support.xbox.com/.../error-code-8015d002

There's also the possibliity that it's not two-step verification, but actually your security proofs. When signed into the same place as the above, click edit your security info and add an additional email or mobile number to the account and verify it.

If you've done the above and are still getting the error, it's best to delete your profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download the profile and all should be good.

Delete and re-download profile:
