Can't access Xbox Live Profile neither on XBox360 nor on Web

I'm not able to access my Xbox Live profile. What I've tried:

• Access via Microsoft account
  • Login at https://account.microsoft.com/
    
  • Go to "Ihre Informationen"
  • Link Gehe zu Xbox-Profil
    
  • Result:
    
    Error "Das hätte nicht passieren sollen. Sie haben offensichtliche einen Fehler im System gefunden [...]"
    
    ... and some additional information about date / time / session / request (but no error code)
    
• Logon to Xbox Live
  • Login at Xbox | Games und Entertainment auf all deinen Geräten
    
  • Select "Profil" (in menu )
  • Result:
    
    Same error message as above
    
• Access by downloading the profile to Xbox360
  • On XBox360, select "Profil herunterladen"
  • Logon with Microsoft ID and password
  • select memory unit
  • Result:
    
    Error message "Xbox Live-Profile können zurzeit leider nicht heruntergeladen werden [...]"
    
    Error code 801540A9

When trying with an other account from my family, everythingg is ok.
Any suggestions, what goes wrong?

Xbox Live down, Xbox One and web browser.

Notice that both the Xbox Live on the Xbox One and web browser accessing profile and other info is offline. Can't access anything from the console nor computer on my profile and account.

I also noticed on Youtube application, it signed out automatically and would have trouble signing back in to it. Is this related to the Xbox Live issue? Also notice I must be online using the Xbox Live account to Access any video apps like Netflix and Youtube;
which I thought were changed so you did not have to have a gold account to access them.

Any ETA when it will be online?

 

How is this acceptable from Xbox Live Support?

I can't login to my microsoft account from neither my xbox360 nor online via the website.

Where is "Remove all security info" located? Is this on Microsoft.com? Xboxlive?

 

Upon checking the error code that you have provided, it stated that your issue is about child account. If your account is a minor or child account, you will need first to link your own account to an adult's account so that the Xbox system would let you get
to Xbox Live. To do this, just sign-in your Microsoft Account Email first to
http://account.live.com. If it prompted you to add a parent account, just sign-in a different Microsoft Account Email that was an adult account, meaning the birthy ear for this is an adult age of your country (for example 18 years old in US).

 

Thanks for your answer. To ensure that the family membership is correct, we did the following:

+ adult deleted my account from family

+ adult sent new invitation

+ I accepted the invitation

+ Result: In the adult's profile, my account is correctly listed. The error messages remain the same.

Any other suggestions?

 

Oh, since you mentioned that the adult has deleted your child account from your family then there's a possibility that this is the case. Basically, when you deleted a child account from a family setting or parent account link, it gets orphaned. Therefore,
you will need to contact the Xbox Accounts & Billings Department for more assistance. Here's their contact details:
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us, just change the region based upon your physical location.

 

Phoobee, thanks for your reply. I will try to contact support and tell here, whether they managed to get my account working. May last a few days, cause we're on holiday.
