Can't Access Xbox Live or Profile on Xbox 360 AT ALL

I turned on my Xbox 360 E for the first time in about a year to play a game I couldn't on later Xbox series, only to find that my profile had been deleted from my console! I tried redownloading my profile, only for an 80151103 error to pop up, saying "there's a problem with the credentials that you're using", despite my username and password working on everything else, hence how I'm able to post this problem. I then tried to go into Xbox Live, so I connected my console to my wireless network, everything worked with green checkmarks, then I pushed the screen on the home screen to connect, the screen turned off, then back on, tried to load, and I was greeted with "Some Xbox Live content is temporarily unavailable. Status Code 80072741". So I took out the hard drive, tried to start all over without any of my information recorded on the device, formatted the internal storage, successfully connected to my network, tried to connect to Live, and I was greeted with the "system update available" screen. I selected Yes, it went to the update in progress screen, hung for a few minutes, then it said "Can't Download the Update. Status Code 4497-0000-3080-0300-8007-2741." I've tried everything reasonable to fix each problem. Logged out from my Xbox One, changed my password, cleared my cache and formatted my storage, deactivated the password on my network security, switched between bandwidths, and NOTHING works! I know it's not a problem with my network, since I used it to connect two other 360 systems in the last few weeks, and they loaded and updated with no problem(NOTE: I did not log in with my own profile, as I intended to sell these systems.) I'm a little upset right now, since I am effectively locked out of my games and save files that I can only access on an X360, and my console is little more than a doorstop now. Is there ANYTHING I missed? ANY way possible to fix this problem?

Yes, thanks mod. Like that wasn't the first thing I checked into.

After testing some console features and looking into it further, it appears the 4GB internal memory has fizzled out, which apparently contains instructions for the console for maintaining profiles and accessing Xbox Live. And is apparently a common problem with the E series. And since it can't be replaced, my console is well and truly dead to the world. Poop.

Sorry, but are you trying to sign into your profile on your Xbox 360 console? Are you trying to download your profile? Not sure what you mean by "Can't access my profile on Xbox LIVE."

All of my security proofs are checked and verified. Two step isn't on and authenticator is turned off. I shortened my password last night. I deleted my profile and cleared cache, turned off and back on. It's still not working.

I can't access Xbox live on my 360 profile anywhere, whether it's either of my 2 360's (I dug my old old one out and even that won't let me sign in to Xbox live) nor will the emulator on Xbox one let me sign in when I launch a 360 game.

I've tried all of this and nothing is working. And it's only my profile in the house. No one else has issues, there's no network issues. My Xbox one games and profile work fine.

if you are adding a second profile to your xbox 360 and the main profile has xbox live gold then from my understanding the seccond profile will have access to the same xbox live gold features as the main profile.
