    Cant access xbox live on my xbox 360


    i just started to use my xbox 360 again but i can not use my old account on it for some reason so i created a new microsoft account and downloaded it to use on my xbox 360. when i log in the system tells me that xbox live is not available on consoles in my region, even that it is available. my counry is sweden.

    when im not logged in the dashboard shows all features and network and xbox live connections shows online so i dont understand why its not working for me.

    some help?

    Hi there. I have the same issue and i cant download my profile on Xbox 360 because i cant access Xbox live. Issue also presents itself on the Xbox One and Series when playing Xbox 360 games.
