    Can't Access XBox Live on Console


    I bought a Gold XBox Live card and entered my code on my online account. It is not allowing me to activate it on my console. My device is listed on my account for Microsoft. What do I need to do in order to use the XBox Live on my XBox one?

    Locked out of account info and online gaming on XBOXONE.

    Tried hard reset and restarting console just incase, no joy. Can't access profile, store, xbox live, account settings on console.

    What happens to game saves if I delete my profile?
