    Can't access Xbox live in 360 games on my Xbox one.


    I can't access any of my downloaded content on my 360 games running on my Xbox One because it says I can't log into Xbox Live. I am connected via cable directly to my cable modem, not using wifi. It's been a problem all along but with the release of Red
    Dead Redemption I'm annoyed because I can't use any of the DLC. I press the menu and start buttons and my profile appears but when I try to connect to Xbox Live, it goes to the test your connection screen and boots out of the emulation. Help please!

    Can't connect to 360

    My Xbox live works fine on the Xbox One but when I try to play a backwards compatibility game it won't connect to xbox live which means I can't access the cloud for saved games. I actually have two Xbox One's and I only have this problem on one of them.
    The other still connects to live just fine with box One and 360.

    Achievements aren't updating when I go online.

    It was broken,people were modding their gamerscores on the xbox 360,now they can't on the xbox one.

    Sorry but the majority of xbox one owners have broadband & access to xbox live,you will either have to get broadband or live with the way it is for you now.

    They aren't going to change it just for the few xbox one owners who can't access xbox live.

    Hi, please try to fix this by removing your account from your console and then download it again

    This is assuming that you can connect to Live from the regular xbox one menu, but not the in the 360 emulation.

    I would suggest downloading your account in emulation mode - Press the two buttons to bring up the 360 menu, log out (if you are logged in already), select to download your profile, and then follow the prompts.

    Fixed it by trading in my old xBox One in for a One S. Problem solved!

    I have had an Xbox 360 system for years and have purchased many games and been an xbox live gold member for years. I have multiple games (approx. 50) in my xbox 360 library and have not changed my account at any point in time. When I got an xbox one I
    put my account information into it so that I could access and continue with my current xbox live gold account which I have always had. The xbox one did not connect to my xbox 360 online library of games that I had purchased in the past. I figured they were
    not able to be accessed because they were not compatible with the new system but have not been able to access or even view them without going to my xbox 360 account on the actual console. My dilemma is, is there anyway that I can access my xbox 360 online
    library with my xbox One or even access the xbox 360 online library via computer with my online xbox account as it doesn't let me access those games either.

    Is it a setting that I need to change or what gives as I can't seem to figure it out?

    Thanks for your help, but neither works. As i say its just stuff pertaining to the Xbox 360. I can play 360 games on the Xbox 360 and the Xbox one, but can't do multiplayer or access 360 DLC, though I can play 360 games that i've downloaded. I can be connected to Xbox Live on the Xbox one, but as soon as i try to play a 360 games I am disconnected :( It's most frustrating as one can't speak/use chat directly to Microsoft regarding the issue. :(

    Fable 2 DLC issues

    I have the Fable 2 Collectors Edition Disc and play the game fine but I can't access my Xbox 360 special content. I added the code for the Fable 2 Master Chief Armor and sword on Fable 2 launch and was able to use on the Xbox 360 but can't access it on the
    Xbox One. The DLC isn't listed in the DLC menu and I can't access the Xbox One Xbox360 Emulator download history to download the content to the Xbox One.
