Cant access Xbox live gold section of the microsoft store on xbox one

I have been trying to access the Xbox live gold titles for the month of November 2018, however every time I enter the store, I get this error message:

Code: 0x80131505

I cant buy anything for Xbox One

I cant buy EA access and any of games in Microsoft Store. Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass working normally all the time.

Make sure you still have gold membership under your account after that try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

I suggest you to perform a network test in order to check if the internet connection is working fine.

If the result is positive, you can try with a power cycle:

Are you not able to select Xbox Live Gold from the membership section of the Store and purchase?

If you upgrade Live Gold to Ultimate and cancel, you can choose either to come back.

With Live Gold you do not have access to GamePass / GamePass for PC.
