Can't access xbox live gold for xbox one

I can access xbox live gold on my xbox 360, however when I try to for the xbox one, it says I don't have gold. I entered prepaid trial codes less than two weeks ago after not having xbox live gold since January 2014.

got the game and live gold but i can't play

Hi, this problem make me crazy, i've tryed so many solution, but i still can't play.

at the begining i'bought titanfall 1 longtime ago, then i've stoped the xbox live gold because i've sell my xbox.

latter i've bought an xbox one S and my friend created his own accout on it, he took the live gold, and with ea access he played titanfall one for free, but when he stoped ea access he can't play no more, so he used to connect me to play and it was ok (i
had the game and he had the live gold).

but since the 3 weeks ago xbox update, we can't play, we have the message ''check your xbox live gold or ea access account''.

i've took the xbox live gold on my account too but i've still the same message.... i've the game and the live gold is activated, but i can't play

Wait so you get 2 free games every month even if you stop paying for Gold??

Yeah, unless something has changed recently, you get to keep your Xbox 360 gold games.

But the Xbox One gold games you need to have an active subscription.

Here it is from the official Xbox site:

What happens to my Games with Gold games if I cancel my Xbox Live Gold subscription?

On Xbox One, you’ll no longer be able to access your Games with Gold titles if you cancel your subscription. However, if you decide to renew your subscription at any time, you’ll be able to access and play your previously redeemed Games with Gold titles again.

On Xbox 360, any Games with Gold titles that you redeem as an Xbox Live Gold member are yours to keep, regardless of whether you continue your subscription.Click to expand...

If you are using the same account on the Xbox one console as you are using now then it doesn't show you as Gold. Do you user the same account on both 360 and Xbox one?

Also, trial gold does not change your account status to gold and only gives you access to some aspects of online multiplayer. Some gold trials are only good for the games they came with. So it could be possible it's not working with what you're trying to
play on the One.

What if I can't access Games with Gold even though I have a paid subscription?

When you try to access Games with Gold, make sure you're using the gamertag that has the Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. If you redeemed a promotional Xbox Live Gold token as part of
your subscription, you won't be eligible for Games with Gold. If you used a prepaid code to sign up for Xbox Live Gold, make sure it was successfully redeemed.

If you live in one of the countries or regions listed above under "Offer and eligibility" and still can't access Games with Gold, contact Xbox Support.

I have a similar issue on XBOX One. I purchased an XBOX Live Gold Membership, but on my XBOX One Dashboard, I can't access any Gold features, including free games. I just keeps asking me to "Join Gold". I checked my subscriptions on the XBOX One and online
under my Microsoft account, and it shows my active XBOX Live Gold subscription. How can I make my XBOX One recognize I have Gold????

You need a full gold membership in order to access games with gold.

You can't do it with xbox live trials.

Also having problems. I have 12 month Xbox live gold showing in subscription but can't access games with gold..

The Xbox Family feature does not extend any memberships to those accounts, so you can't share Gold to others in your family.

Second, each Xbox One console should have at least one Xbox Live Gold subscription associated with it. Let's assume you have Xbox A and Xbox B. You've set Xbox A as your account's Home Xbox. In that configuration, anyone who signs into Xbox A can access your
Gold and your game content. On Xbox B, you would be able to access Gold by signing into it, and anyone signing in at the same time as you on Xbox B would also be able to access it. However, if you sign out of Xbox B, that goes away.

To that end, you would need one other account with Xbox Live Gold that will set Xbox B as its Home Xbox.
