    Can't Access Xbox Game Pass Quests on Mobile App


    I've been trying to access Xbox Game Pass quests through the mobile app, but I keep encountering issues. Each time I attempt to open the quests section, the app either crashes or loads indefinitely. I've checked for app updates and restarted my phone, but the problem persists. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Does anyone have a solution?

    It's the Xbox Game Pass Mobile App and not the Xbox App, it's only available on mobile devices. Here you go: https://www.xbox.com/en-CA/apps/xbox-game-pass-...
    This is totally wrong. There are quests on the Xbox Mobile App and the Mobile Game Pass App....prior to my advice above, I specifically checked the Xbox App itself and there were quests on there!

    On the website it says "Check out current Quests on your Xbox One in the Game Pass section or on your Game Pass mobile app. New Quests added every day." And that the game pass app shows the quests as well.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Game Pass quests. You shared that you are experiencing this in your mobile. Did you receive any error message that you can share?

    Kindly try to completely uninstall and reinstall the app. By doing this, the cache from the app will be cleared which may cause the issue. Let me know how it goes.

    The Xbox App doesn't show anything like that. To be able to see Game Pass Quests, Points balanace etc, you need to download the Mobile Game Pass App
