    Hi

    I'm having a problem when I try to access the Game Pass Ultimate website to access cloud gaming. Whenever I try to go to the website I get this error:

    An error occurred while processing your request.

    Reference #30.1e651002.1637170075.dc298c2

    I have tried clearing my cache and deleting cookies on my laptop.

    I have also tried to access the xbox.com and the gamepass website with Chrome and Edge on my laptop, Chrome and Edge on my Android phone, and Chrome and Safari on my iPad. All give me the an error, with a slight variation in reference#.

    Any thoughts on what I can try to get access to the cloud gaming site again?

    Hi iTojoTi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    There are multiple reports in regards to the said error for now there is no official announcement yet but in the meantime please try from time to time.
