    ive been having this problem the past week. ive never made an avatar on my xbox one and decided i wanted to make one. i went onto the avatar editor and it wouldnt let me in saying exactlt this: .We couldn’t load your avatar. Something went wrong...we couldn’t
    load your avatar.’

    after this i tried another avatar app which was the original avatar. it allowed me in this app and it showed an avatar i made on an xbox 360 i had a while back. but i didnt wanna recreate one with the 360 art style as i wasn’t a fan of it at this time where
    the new avatar is much more pleasing and well made.

    i tried youtube videos and finding solutions, even by restarting my console and it hasn’t worked and doesnt let me in

    i even tried the avatar editor on an old 360 account i had and dont use anymore and the new style actually showed on this account, which showed to me its not cause it was an account also made on 360.

    i just really want to make an avatar for some reason aahaha but this has really been bugging me. please help can’t access xbox avatar editor :)

    A live esta instavel por alguns dias , mas ja estao melhorando e corrigindo , tambem nao estou conseguindo editar e pesquisando descobri isso.

    If you are having trouble with the avatar editor on Xbox One, then try downloading the editor on Windows 10. It's the exact same app, and once you have finished creating your avatar, it should show up on your Xbox One.

    Hi there, if you are referring to your old (original) avatar stuff, it's still there, you just need to access the original avatar editor.
