Can't access Xbox Account - Different email that I can't access, can't change password

So, a couple of years ago I had gotten an Xbox, and I had an account, the email I used for the account was someone else's, and I have no way of accessing the email anymore so I can't reset my password or access the account and I haven't used the account
in years. Anyway of accessing the account anymore? Cheers!

Changing email for account

I can't get access to my email account to change the email using password recovery online doesnt work they never get back to me ever even though they say they will reply within 24 hours. What can i do? I have a different xbox and can't use it because i can
not put my account on it!

You can't change an email's account password unless you have access to that account or you have inserted security emails or a phone number

If you can't get hold of the MSA account, then you are out of luck.

Better move on with a new MSA and GT.

No. As I have exampled above, account recovery is not possible under any circumstance, because the email was changed. The above process requires access to your account. If you can't access your account, you can't change the email back.

It's not a windows live email they used, so that doesn't work. It's from an old ISP that we can't access now. I can't change it or do anything, since the account options are blocked off until I can provide a password.

To change the account email address you need to have access to the email and the password, if you can't access it you need to do the recovery process for it then you will be able to change the account information
