    Hi,

    I was trying to update a game on my Xbox one when there was a problem updating. I followed online troubleshooting to find error code 80070570, I was working through the solutions. One of which was to delete my profile then re-download it again, however I
    have forgotten my email and can't access it. I just bought a $124.99 game and a 12 month xbox live subscription last month on the account.

    I contacted the online chat community twice, they did not help. I contacted the phone support twice, they both hung up on me.

    I followed all the solutions in the following link: Forgot the email address you use to log in to your Xbox? Learn how to find your Xbox login.

    All the people I have spoke to told me they would send me a code to my email and phone number associated with my gamertag, however my phone number was changed recently and I don't know the email and have checked all of the emails I have including junk and
    spam folders, no code.

    EA account is linked to the wrong email

    My EA account is linked via a wrong email to my gamertag. I can't access this email as i have forgotten all the details as it was made ages ago quickly to play Fifa now i can't access any of my details because i can't log into EA and their customer support
    is appalling. Is the any chance xbox live can unlink the account from that email and link it the email that is used to connect to xbox live? please help !!

    Xbox Live e-mail account migration

    Hello, I'm posting in regards for authorization to switch e-mail accounts? The thing is that I can't log into my primary e-mail account because I've forgotten my password. Consequently, I can't log into the Xbox site or other websites such as halowaypoint
    because the two sites requires e-mail login transactions. In conclusion, my main intentions are to switch my primary Xbox Live e-mail to another so I can have access to sites I've listed.

    I had to do a Console reset due to the new update, And i've lost my main account! I only have my seperate account on my console. Is there any way to get it back?

    You just need to go into 'add new' account and download it with the email and password, however if you have forgotten the email, you would need to contact official Xbox support staff to try getting that info back.

    If you forgot the password, you can reset it at any Microsoft sign in page by selecting can't access account

    Not sure how that can happen as a email account can only have 1 Xbox account tied to it, you can't create another account with an already used email account, you must have forgotten your details
