    Can't access Update Preview forums.


    Hi,

    I was invited to the update preview a week or so ago, was accepted successfully, and got the preview, but am now having issues and cannot access the forums to report them. How can I get this rectified?

    Preview forum access

    Hello,

    I can't access the Xbox One Update Preview Forums. I'm part of the Preview program for a few months now but still can't access it. I have installed the update for the new dashboard and having some troubles so access to the forums would be very nice.

    Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
    forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.
