    Cant access troubleshooting menu.


    After having my xbox crash twice within 12 hours, the system wont get passed turning it on, and having the white light go on the xbox button. I was following a guide but cant seem to get to the troubleshooting menu, even after following the video correctly.. controllers wont connect and I'm not getting a picture on my monitor.

    Can you please try following the support steps listed in
    this website     to see if they help with the problems you are having. Please be aware as you are in the Xbox Insider program and running a newer version of the dashboard that has not yet been released it is not possible to carry out an offline update of your
    console.

    Since the chimes are not normal, that means, the console really needs a service already. In case the console is no longer under warranty, the best thing to do is to check with game shops near you as they have someone who can check it for you and get it within the day depending on the case.
