    I have the problem from today , I get that you need a wireless network adapter , which did not ask me before my console is the Xbox 360 Slim , so does not need to use an adapter as it has its own network wireless far as I have understood. Is the same problem
    of you ? Or that I can do? Please help me.

    Hey, im in usa and im having the same problem as all of you. I start up my xbox and it tells me i have to update before i can connect to xbox live, i test my connection and when it starts to test connection to xbox live it tells me i have an error and sends
    me to test my connection again. It sends me in circles, i have tried everything on the xbpx live website. I dont know what to do, can anybody help?

    Xbox live disconnects when I start a game...

    I'm having the SAME issue too! Just started on me today. I can't access the marketplace either but my dashboard is ok. I'm currently re-downloading the system update, if that doesn't work I'll try Reddragon's method.

    What's going on Xbox Live??

    Achievements aren't updating when I go online.

    It was broken,people were modding their gamerscores on the xbox 360,now they can't on the xbox one.

    Sorry but the majority of xbox one owners have broadband & access to xbox live,you will either have to get broadband or live with the way it is for you now.

    They aren't going to change it just for the few xbox one owners who can't access xbox live.
