    Can't access to my Gears of war 3 digital copy from 360 with my Xbox One


    I can't find gear's of war 3 on My games in xbox one. i bought it last year for free with games with gold. i also have other digital copy of games and i am afraid that when they will became available i can't find them too...

    i try to speak with italian support but the answer was "sorry but if you want to play that games you have to buy them"

    I have been trying to get my digital copy of gears of war 3 to transfer to my xbox one. Can anyone help me out with that?

    Backwards Compatible game won't show on my Xbox One library

    I can't access my digital copy of Bully Scholarship Edition on my Xbox One even though it's. BC. I bought it on Xbox 360 where it shows in my account.

    Is it possible you downloaded the games while signed into another account? Each account needs to "purchase" the games individually for them to be associated with your account. To view your account's download history

    head on over to this page     and follow the steps it provides.

    If your download history shows those games as available please head on over to this
    Backward Compatibility Troubleshooter and run through all the steps there. At end there is a survey to fill out that will help us notify the appropriate teams of the issue you're
