    Can't access to any pages except Beta.xbox.support.com


    So here is the problem

    When I try to press the Xbox Profile setting in other to change my profile of Xbox live and Privacy setting but instead of getting to that page I got into https://beta.support.xbox.com this page like every setting just led me to this page except *My
    Microsoft account    * which still work for me but I can't change anything if I don't reach the Profile page on Xbox live so please help me!

    I'm trying to reach the page on PC and I don't have an Xbox console. I'm not that good at English but at least I did try and I hope you understand what I said.

    It seems to be account based, newer accounts or unlucky accounts seen to have the "benefit" of testing the new beta site. I could get on the correct site with my account then after signing on with my daughter's account i couldn't get back to the correct
    site. I was able to get there using incognito mode in Chrome so maybe that helps but chances are if you're having issues with realms you never had access to the site. Frustrated with you.

    Its work if I only wants to customize my profile but when I press More then press the Privacy setting, it sent me to the web site again and led me to beta.support.xbox.com

    Sorry to hear it. Your best bet would be to download the Xbox Companion App. It will allow you to make changes to your account.

    this my suggestion i already done it and it just stop all the problems.
