    Hello !!

    I'm trying to join a club but the xbox app is telling me that I'm not allowed to do it. And when I go to the settings on xbox.com with the parental account, the permission to join and create clubs is checked for my account. Do you have any ideas on how to
    fix this problem ? Basically I can't do anything because it's "blocked" as I'm not an adult. But actually when I go to the settings everything is allowed by the parental account.

    My privacy settings allow me to access and join clubs but for some reason I can't.

    I've been wanting to join clubs and stuff but since my account was a child account and now I've made mine into an adult by allowing it on my privacy settings, but I can't REALLY access them. The settings show that I'm allowed to stream or that I'm allowed
    to join clubs, but in reality I don't have access to anything. Anything useful could help.

    Can't join an Xbox One family

    I recently bought an Xbox One and found out I had restrictions because my account was registered as a teens account. To change this I tried to join a family with an adult account which would be able to change my settings, however, I can't join a family because
    I'm already part of one, even though I don't know the account who's family I am part of. Because I'm not an adult account I can't leave the family, so I'm stuck in a random family with an account that doesn't belong to anyone. Is there anything I can do to
    leave this family?

    Child Account ... But Im set as Adult

    Family plans are for use as children and 1 adult.

    When you are not the parent, even if the GT is over Adult it is considered a child.

    You can not add Credit Cards, or Points to the child accounts under the family plan.

    Since the account is an adult by it's self, you are able to enter in the password and gain access to adult content, but will always need to enter his password to allow access.

    The only fix would be to leave the family plan.

    Do NOT leave the family and do NOT change anything on your account!

    The "adultness" of your Gamertag can't be changed, and therefore, no matter what you do, you will NOT get an adult account with your existing Gamertag, unless you reach legal adult age according to the birthdate set when you created the Gamertag.

    If you create a new account, you will lose access to your game progress, savegames and access to shared games.

    There is a simple solution:

    Ask your parent to sign in on
    https://account.xbox.com/settings     with their adult family account.

    Have them choose your child account, and make the necessary changes to allow you to play these modes in Forza Horizon.

    If it is about liveries and car paints, they need to allow you to see stuff you (and others) can create in the games.

    If you can't play online multiplayer, they need to allow that too.

    After your parents made these settings, you can then freely use every mode in Forza.

    I have a similar issue, but instead of promoting me to an adult, I removed myself from the family. Now I can't access anything that needs to be synced or things of that nature. I have the info, but the account is no longer associated to my name. Thoughts?
