    Can't Access the Xbox Store


    I've done a soft reset followed by a factory reset and still can't access the xbox store. I see recommended games on my home page. The connection is strong. Lots of room on my hard drive. I get brought to a something went wrong or the diagonal floating pyramid screen. Nothing shows up to buy or download. I've also tried changing the mac address. I can access and remote download using my Android bit would sure be easier if I could browse the store on my console. Thanks

    You can go to Settings > Troubleshoot > Windows Store App

    That may find and repair the problem.

    You need to reset the Microsoft Store. It has gotten out-of-sync.

    Right click on the Windows and select Command Prompt (Admin)

    Type in the window

    wsreset and press enter

    Go have a snack. It will take a bit. You should be good-to-go after that. Let us know either way please!
