    A bunch of Xbox gamepass perks are displayed on home tiles on Xbox one but whenever I click on any of those, only one perk appears: World of Warships: Legends

    I believe that has to do with your region. The perks are not available in all regions. To confirm this, download the Xbox Game Pass app on your mobile phone, sign in with the account the subscription is tied to and then try to get the perks from there.
