    Can't access the Xbox Early Access forum


    Hi All,

    I've just been invited to the Preview program and updated the console with the Preview Dashboard yesterday.

    However when I try to access the Xbox Early Access forum it gives me the message 'Group not found'

    Any help appreciated.

    Can't access the "Early Access" forums

    Hi, I'm having issues with the last preview update on my Xbox One, so I was looking for support on the Early Access forums, but it seems I don't have access to them. Everytime I try to follow a link it redirects me to the main forums page. Any idea why?
    Of course I'm logged in with account that is in the Preview Program, and I've been in the program for more than 2 years now.

    Just got the latest preview update today but I still can't access the early access forum to report problem and provide feedback, so I request for access the early access forum too.

    Can't access the Xbox Early Access forum

    Hi b0ingball,

    the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort your forums access out once they see your message and you will then be able to get in.

    Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
