Can't access the Xbox dashboard

Can you please give a little more info so we can help you? What exactly happens when you turn on the console?

If the circle just keeps spinning with nothing happening try power cycling your modem/router by unplugging it for 10 seconds. You could also try removing any storage devices you have on the console as well.

You should be able to use in game chat but you can't access private or party chat. You go straight into the 360 game and can't access the mini-guide because the Xbox button takes you back to the One dashboard.

Hey mate, I know you can't log into the dashboard from the get-go, so for the following question, let's operate with the understanding that you're accessing the dashboard through the method described above. So, when you try and access the dashboard, are
you signed in to a profile via the option in the guide menu? Also, have you tried signing into a different profile to access the dashboard with?

I've got same issue here. Can anyone help me? I've got Xbox Preview Dashboard app, but can't access Xbox Early Access forum. And my console registration is shown as "Pending" for about 4 days.
