Can't access the world created the day before

    Can't access the world created the day before


    Hi there,

    went through a few posts with similar issues but they all seemed to be based on what happened after an update...

    I've been through the same and lost all of my daughters old worlds. Okay, we managed the disappointment by creating awesome new worlds, daughter happy, daddy happy...

    What keeps happening though is that our new worlds keep disappearing as well after a day or so... ???

    This is very upsetting as it seems you can't save anything!

    When we start the game and get to the screen where it says load, create, join, the load list is empty. we log on with the same profile, standard texture maps and everything. How can it be that we keep losing worlds?

    Would be nice to get an official response as well as this is off-putting my daughter (and myself) of an otherwise very nice game.

    Help please...

    If you are playing on a world created after the last major update on December 19 (TU7), then the ONLY things you would not have access to is the Blacksmith chests and beaches. Blacksmith chests are pretty useless IMO for advanced players--although I know
    Marwood disagrees. And beaches don't provide any new resources or anything else of interest (they were in the game originally and were taken out in a subsequent update). If your world was created before the December 19 update, then you don't have an End
    Portal and can't access The End. If your game was created before the October 16 update, then you don't have vines so their new climbing functionality is useless to you. That pretty much sums it up.

    I have the same issue (created a new post before I found this). I also find that they can access the Realm just fine from a PC, but can't access it on XB1 unless I play with them.

    If the world was created online with another player, it may require online access to work.

    Sorry to hear it. If the worlds are not created by your gamertag then you would not be able to access them. If they are not yours then you can only delete the worlds from the console.
