Can't access the updates after I enrolled

Discus and support Can't access the updates after I enrolled in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; So I have been enrolled in Delta for around 3 years and I have not once gotten a update for the new stuff.     Xbox One Preview Program - No Access to Forum

    I have the same exact problem. It says I'm enrolled, I even downloaded the update, but I can't access the forums and the update didn't change the dashboard or anything. Please help me.

    I too have no access to the preview forum. I am enrolled in the the program, just can't seem to gain access to the forum.

    Want to leave Preview Program

    Is there a possibility that someone else that has access to your console has enrolled it? If so then they'll have to un-enroll by going to the Preview app selecting "registration" clicking on "Change" and then "Remove"

    The console will then be un-enrolled when the next public update hits.

    In case there is no one else that could of enrolled it then your best bet is to post about it on the preview forums forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

    if you don't have access then please create a post here forums.xbox.com/.../4268.aspx requesting access to the preview forums for support with your issue
