    Cant access the store


    Every time I try and access any part of the store I get a "Something went wrong. To complete your installation, first cancel it. and try again." I have tried a hard reset a few times and still get the same message. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix
    this?

    Hi I am having the same issue I am trying to access the store and says it is out of date and I need to update I checked network and it said The following service is experiencing issues purchase and content usage

    Yes. Just all the links like "games,app,ect." In the store tab of the dashboard. Also when i select the games with gold tile on the lower right of the main tab i get the same message

    hi, try, saving your profile to a usb, then logging out, then go to log in, then instead select download profile, wait a moment, then enter in your email address-password, then log in, then that should fix it, if next time you got play xbox again, and you
    turn it on and you cant sign in, go to settings , disconnect internet, then log in to your profile, when it says you are offline do you want to test connection select no, then you will be in your profile, then once in your profile connect to xbox live.

    im having the same issue as of today since xbox live has been hacked or disrupted. i can not access store(games).
