    Can't access the store from my Xbox One


    This has been going on for about two days now, ever since my Xbox One installed the latest update. I keep getting the code 0x87DD000D whenever I try to launch anything that has to do with the store. It also says "Try that again, Something happened on our
    end and we couldn't sign you in." I've tried everything, deleting my account/ unplugged everything. Nothing solved my problem.

    Can't access the Xbox store

    Hi,

    every time I try to access the Xbox store or something that redirects me to it I get this message;

    You need to install the game or app for this

    Make sure that you're signed into Xbox live, and look for it in the Microsoft store. (0x80270254).

    I don't know what to do but any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I have the same issue. Friends list is not accurate either. I have restored my console to factory settings and still no fix. After re installing the witcher 3 I cannot access save game files from the cloud. Also can't access Xbox store. Rendering my Xbox
    one useless!!? Help!

    My Xbox just had a new update as of 5:30am. Everything is working fine now. Thanks for answering my question support team...doing a great job...

    I can't access Microsoft Store from my Xbox One.

    Can you try a power cycle? Shut down the console and unplug it for at least one minute. Then boot it back up and try again. :)
