Can't access the My Account page of website.

Im still getting this error..

I need help.

It says:

Can't access my Account page.

About half a month ago I tried to add a new credit card to my account using the Account section of the Xbox.com page, it failed to recognize my card and after that I can't access that section at all. I get the "That shouldn't have happened" error and that's
it.

I know I can access the billing.microsoft.com page but I'm a bit worried that I can't access that part at all, is there something wrong with my account or something?



By the way, I already used different computers, cleaned cookies, etc, but no dice.

Log out and log back in? Try a different browser? You can also access your billing history and information at
https://billing.microsoft.com

 

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try clearing the browser's cache or try a different browser?
