Can't access the 'messages' feature on Xbox.com

    Can't access the 'messages' feature on Xbox.com


    I didn't know where to put this, but when I go to my profile on Xbox.com, everything works except the messages. They used to work fine, until one day it just stopped working. When I click on 'messages' it loads the message page in the background but there
    is a constant loading icon that won't go away and to get out of it I have to completely close the window. I've tried signing out of my account and signing back in but that doesn't work.

    Any ideas?

    Can't access my messages on xbox.com

    Hi. I was instructed by Microsoft Xbox support to post my problem here as they exhausted their efforts and were unsuccessful in helping me. 3 weeks ago I received a 1-week comunications ban which is now over. Since then I am unable to view my Xbox Live
    messages on xbox.com. I get an error message of: "An error has occurred. Please try again later". The support rep also submitted a report on their end about it. Any ideas on what I can do?

    Are you able to view your Live messages on your console, or through the Xbox app on your Windows/Mac machine?

    change this by modifying your privacy

    settings on Xbox.com

    Hi iTojoTi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    There are multiple reports in regards to the said error for now there is no official announcement yet but in the meantime please try from time to time.

    I have been having this problem for WEEKS! Below is the message I receive on XBOX.com when I select the "Messages" tab:

    "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.
