Cant access the forum page intended for Preview program members

Hello everyone, my name is Robby and currently I am having an issue with my console and a system update. I am in the Xbox Preview Program, and today i had a system update for only 271 MB, I started the update and it went by very very slow. It would clime
maybe 1% every 3 minutes or so. After a certain amount of time, I started getting error messages saying there was a problem with the update, I would hit try again, and it would be fine for maybe a minute but keep getting the same error messages. I reset my
router, hard reset my Xbox, switched to wireless connection, and none of it has worked. I contacted Xbox Live Support, and after some test they sent me a link to a part of the forums only Preview members could get to, the link brought me to a page that said
"Group Not Found: The requested group cannot be found" Then I was told to make a post and ask for help from the Preview Program Members support Team, (I've never done forums before, so I'm new to this)

I would appreciate if I could get some assistance with the issue I am having with my Xbox and the System Update, Thank you very much

XBOX One preview registration issue

I'm in the preview program but cant access the preview access forum page

I contacted xbox support and they directed me to this forum after I confirmed I did not have access to the forum access page

Xbox One Preview Program message expired

The Xbox One Preview Forum it's only accesible for the Preview Members.

Some of your friends wich are already Preview Members can send you an invitation to access the program.

Before I do that though, I have a few questions: How do you know you're in the Preview Program? Do you have access to the Preview Dashboard? Have you registered your console for the Preview Program? Did you receive a service message from Xbox Live with a
download link?

It has been my experience that access to the preview forum happens only after the various steps in joining the preview have been completed. In any event get back to me and as I've said I'll be happy to pass your GT along to someone in the support forum for
Preview if you are in fact a member of the Preview.
