    can't access the daily challenges


    starting yesterday, I have been unable to access the Daily Challenge part of Ultimate Word games. I am connected and I can play the other games on the site. But when I try to play the Daily Challenge, I get this error message:

    • There was a problem loading Daily Challenge data. Please check your internet connection (which I did) and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.
    Does anyone know what this is and how I can fix it?

    Every time I try to do the Daily Challenge, it says that it had an error. I can't seem to access the Daily Challenge.

    Update to this thread. Now, I'm also unable to access Daily Challenges in Microsoft Mahjong. The error message was:

    There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 016000
