    Every time I try to access app downloads, it says "try that again: something happened on our end" and Code 0x000001F7

    Can't access Xbox store

    any time I try to open the Xbox store app look at Deals with Gold or anything else involving games a message pops up saying, "check for an update or uninstall the app" how do I fix this?

    I went to system settings and checked the updates and it says im all up to date.

    You can go to Settings > Troubleshoot > Windows Store App

    That may find and repair the problem.

    Try to restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three option use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of you're accounts:

    Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps

    Can't access xbox store, (can't but anything).

    You need to reset the Microsoft Store. It has gotten out-of-sync.

    Right click on the Windows and select Command Prompt (Admin)

    Type in the window

    wsreset and press enter

    Go have a snack. It will take a bit. You should be good-to-go after that. Let us know either way please!
