    Can't Access store on XBox One


    I'm having an issue with my xbox one. I cannot browse the store or open deals with gold. I'm not getting any sort of error message. I've restarted the system and restarted my internet. Is anyone else having this issue, or have a solution?

    Can't access Xbox store

    You can go to Settings > Troubleshoot > Windows Store App

    That may find and repair the problem.

    any time I try to open the Xbox store app look at Deals with Gold or anything else involving games a message pops up saying, "check for an update or uninstall the app" how do I fix this?

    I went to system settings and checked the updates and it says im all up to date.

    Can't access xbox store, (can't but anything).

    You need to reset the Microsoft Store. It has gotten out-of-sync.

    Right click on the Windows and select Command Prompt (Admin)

    Type in the window

    wsreset and press enter

    Go have a snack. It will take a bit. You should be good-to-go after that. Let us know either way please!
