    Can't access some features of Xbox Live.


    Hello, I haven't been able to do some things on my Xbox One. I can't access my profile, the store, and the Xbox says it can't get latest save data whenever I start a game. I believe I am connected online because I can see my friends list, but it won't let
    me do anything else online related. I have reset my modem and router, and that didn't fix anything. I have also held the Xbox power button to clear the cache, but that also didn't work. The only other thing I have seen as a possible solution is to remove my
    account, and then re-download it. I don't know if I can do that though because right now the only way I can play my Xbox One is through game streaming. I don't have my Xbox One connected to a tv, I just stream it to my pc monitor. I can't connect the console
    directly to the monitor because there is no hdmi input. To stream the Xbox one to a pc you have to be logged in to your account on the Xbox One and on the Xbox App, so if I delete my account I don't think I will be able to stream. I was thinking I could create
    a second account to stream from, but the Xbox wouldn't let me create a new one. So, I don't know what to do. Thanks.

    If you see status code 80072EE2 when you try to sign in to Xbox LIVE or purchase something from Xbox LIVE, it means one of the following

    Some Xbox features are not available because of system maintenance or a temporary Xbox LIVE issue.

    You can't access some Xbox features because of a network configuration issue.

    You should check the Xbox LIVE connection and see what it says when searching for your connection

    Xbox live trials only give you some gold features,not all.

    You need a full gold membership to download games for gold & to access all xbox live gold features.

    free monthly trials are not shown as gold membership and you can't access every xbox live service feature with them.
